Orders will be dispatched by courier to your premises.
In the case of safes, standard delivery is classed by the couriers as kerbside.
Large safes due to weight and the potential hazards of moving will require installing by specialist teams.
Pricing is given on the website for standard installs.
Installations, particularly for larger safes, where access is only by stairs or other such obstacles will be priced by individual quotation, please contact us on 0800 0359728 when placing your order and we will be glad to assist.
If you elect to self-installation the responsibility for meeting the manufacturer's specifications or recommended cash rating rests with you.
If you elect to have your safe installed the responsibility for the location and area suitability for installation rests with you. The location must be cleared of obstacles floor coverings and in the case of walls skirting and trunking prior to the arrival of the installation team.
All stock is subject to availability.
The warranty as set by the manufacturer will apply on all products.
We reserve the right, to refuse any order or any part of an order, and in the case of safes, to require the provision of further information in order for an informed decision on supply to be made. Collins and Sons, without prejudice to any statutory rights, accepts no liability if in its opinion there are reasonable grounds for the non-shipment of goods, in such cases notification will be given as soon as possible and any funds transferred refunded immediately.
All products must be signed for on receipt and any damaged caused in transit must be noted.
We will gladly deliver to upper floors or into difficult areas for which an agreed additional charge will be made. If a delivery has to be aborted because of incorrect information being supplied, lifts out of service, stairs, or other obstacles preventing the agreed delivery, an aborted delivery charge will be applied.
The return of any goods can only be made after an RMA number has been obtained from Collins and Sons, without which no return will be accepted. Other than in exceptional circumstances the postage and packing costs of the return are borne by the customer.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories, unused, in ‘as new’ condition. If a safe has been supplied as a ‘Drop Off’ delivery it must be palletised as received, securely packaged and strapped ready for transport.
Refund of items listed as 'free delivery' will include a deduction of the original delivery costs incurred by Safesafe.
Items returned directly must be returned to the address given on the RMA. Any postage and packing costs incurred on returned items will be met by the buyer and are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the items are faulty or damaged.
Refunds will be expedited and processed on receipt of goods in a satisfactory condition and credited to your account within 31 days.
Professional installation or bespoke modifications are not refundable.
Returned items can be subject to a restocking fee. The amount will be at the discretion of Safesafe.
